Job Description
- Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and assistance.
- Handle cash, credit, and refunds as per company policy.
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Educational Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: Previous cashier or customer service experience is a plus.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong numeracy skills, ability to handle transactions accurately, and proficiency in using cash registers.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment, standing for long periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.
