Description
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service during checkout.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist customers with inquiries and returns.
- Perform end-of-day cash reconciliation.
- Restock merchandise as needed.
- Follow company policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Process transactions, handle cash, assist customers, and maintain a clean workspace.
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced retail environment; may require evening or weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Friendly, reliable, and trustworthy with a strong work ethic.
