• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer inquiries with a focus on sales and service excellence.
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Meet and exceed performance targets for customer satisfaction and sales metrics.

• Document all customer interactions accurately in our systems.

Work Details:

• Work Arrangement: Onsite
• Reporting Site: Global One, Eastwood City, Quezon City
• Work Schedule: Primarily Day Shift, but must be amenable to work on shifting schedules as needed.

• Communication: Above Average to Excellent verbal communication (Confident & Conversational) and written communication skills.
• Problem-Solving: Above Average to Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Educational Attainment: At least a High School Graduate.
• Location: Must be amenable to work in Global One, Eastwood QC.
