- Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance via chat in a timely manner.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while addressing customer issues.
- Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot product or service-related queries effectively.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: Entry-Level (0–2 years)
