  • Prepare and cook menu items to high standards.
  • Supervise junior kitchen staff and ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
  • Assist in menu planning and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with Sous Chef and Head Chef for daily tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Prepare and cook menu items, supervise kitchen staff, and ensure food safety standards.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts or a related field is required.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong teamwork skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment with long hours, standing and lifting.
  • Qualities and Traits: Creative, passionate about food, and excellent communication skills.
