Job Description

  • Attends coordination meeting for big events
  • Perform duties of a FSCO during big events or as needed
  • Delegates duties to pantry staff
  • Receives food from the Production Dispatcher and checks if complete
  • Sees to it that food is properly stored upon receiving from Production department, during transport, arrival at the venue and after the event with complete documentation papers and label to be endorsed to the guard on duty or storeroom man
  • Presents the food aesthetically, if necessary, makes sure that the proper garnishes are suitable to the food and proper serving dishes are used.
  • Make sure that all operating equipment is handled properly by the pantry staff in accordance with SOP to ensure work efficiency and delivery of quality of food to the guest.
  • Coordinates with Head Waiter/Captain Waiter
  • Responsible for keeping the service area clean and organized at all times.
  • Handles minor situations that need attention and gives immediate update to heads
  • Performs other duties that may be assigned.


Qualifications

  • Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree of HRM, Culinary Arts or any related course
  • Preferably with 1-2 years experience in the same position
  • FSCO Certified is an advantage
  • Knowledgeable in food handling and preparation
  • With Culinary background is an advantage
  • Must be a Team player
  • With pleasing personality
  • Can work under minimum supervision
  • Can start immediately
