Job Summary:


The role is responsible in registering received claims, reviewing incoming registration documents and supporting documents from all channels to ensure information required is complete at time of registration, and ensuring proper claim segmentation and assignment details are identified/captured to determine the next steps.

Also following up for lacking documents is one of the main responsibilities


Key Responsibilities:


  • Registration of received claims
  • Coordinates with Sales for policy verification, if no posted active policy upon notification of claim
  • Secure permission to register CWOP from Claims Head
  • Monitor CWOP regularization
  • Uploads documents/requirements submitted by claimants, motor shops, and adjusters.
  • Assign Pre-Evaluation/CSO based on the guidelines.
  • Notify the handling Pre-Evaluation/CSO for any additional documents uploaded that may affect in claim processing
  • Logs in the tracker and tags action taken
  • Updates remarks or noted items in ECPRO;
  • Issued MCIS/CNC
  • Provides required reports as needed
  • Provides registered claim number to the clients
  • Provides list of lacking documents and/or follow-up the submission from clients


Qualifications:


  • Must be a college graduate of any course
  • Minimum of one year related work experience. fresh graduates can be considered; Customer Service Experience
  • Customer Service background
  • Can interface well with any types of people and levels within or outside the organization
