- Clean and sanitize public areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, restrooms, stairwells, and entrances.
- Manages team.
- Dust and polish furniture, fixtures, and surfaces in public spaces.
- Vacuum carpets and mop floors regularly.
- Replenish supplies in public restrooms (e.g., tissue, soap, hand towels).
- Remove trash and empty waste bins in all assigned public areas.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Assist guests with directions or information when approached in public areas.
- Follow all health, hygiene, and safety standards established by the property.
- Maintain cleaning equipment in good condition and ensure proper storage after use.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Prior housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage.
- Skills & Attributes:
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Physically fit and capable of standing or walking for extended periods
- Basic customer service skills and polite communication
