Description
- Monitor outstanding premium payments.
- Send reminders and communicate with clients on overdue accounts.
- Arrange payment plans when necessary.
- Coordinate with Admin and Finance for record updates.
- Minimize delinquencies and improve collections efficiency.
Requirements
- Experience in collections or accounts receivable preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Basic understanding of finance and billing processes.
