- Contact clients for payment reminders and follow-ups.
- Negotiate payment plans and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Analyze customer accounts and develop strategies for debt recovery.
- Collaborate with finance team to ensure timely collections.
- Provide exceptional customer service while handling sensitive financial matters.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in loan verification, documentation, collecting payments, generating reports, and credit analysis.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage collections, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports on collections status.
- Working Conditions: On-site (Makati Office), Monday-Friday | 8:00am-5:00pm
- Qualities and Traits: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities.
