Description
- Manage and resolve outstanding customer accounts.
- Communicate with clients via phone, email, and in-person.
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements.
- Maintain accurate records of collections activities.
- Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience Level: Fresh graduates or students seeking an entry-level position.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in collecting payments, credit risk control, and skip tracing; strong interpersonal and risk management skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with a focus on compliance and teamwork.
