Position: Collection Practitioner

Work Schedule: Nightshift (Weekends Off)

Salary: Negotiable depending on years of experience

Work Set Up: Work on Site


  • Responding to phone and email inquiries from both internal and external customers.
  • Collect past-due invoices.
  • Independently reconcile complicated accounts and assist in promptly resolving customer disputes
  • prioritize, address, and settle current client issues and process payments.
  • Handle month-end and/or daily account reconciliations.
  • Examine and prepare customer refunds for overpayments, duplicate payments, and payments made to the wrong business.
  • Weekly aging report preparation and account prioritization according to past-due status.
  • Credit release account review.
