Communicate with the global crypto community and develop strong relationships with its members.
Actively engage with BitKan community members, encourage participation in discussions, and expand the active community across all channels.
Respond promptly to customer comments and requests, answer questions, and provide support to members in need.
Review and moderate all user-generated content and user profiles; ensure compliance with rules and take action against members who violate guidelines.
Manage the user banning process and track and remove previously banned users.
Resolve disputes by serving as a mediator and finding mutually acceptable solutions.
Develop management strategies and schedules for the online community.
Create reports on management statistics, issues, and outcomes.
Provide community feedback to management and stakeholders.
Collaborate with BitKan's marketing, product, public relations, and communications teams to ensure brand consistency.
Keep abreast of digital technology, industry trends, and community developments.

2-3 years of successful online community management experience, with at least 1 year of experience related to cryptocurrency/blockchain products.
In-depth understanding of the cryptocurrency market and crypto trading.
Proficient in platforms such as Telegram, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube (minimum three social networks).
Prior experience in planning and managing online events is preferred.
Independent, responsible, and highly organized work style, with the ability to creatively engage participants and solve problems.
Fluent in English, C1+ level, preferably a native or bilingual speaker.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal skills: capable of building and managing relationships with clients, team members, colleagues from other departments, and external partners.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
Experience in customer service and online management tools.
