- Ensure integrity and professional dealings with the internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Senior Community Development Associate and different LGU Offices to secure all necessary property documents.
- Maintain RF holder’s guideline in expenses with regards to property documents consolidation.
- Maintain databases of the secured property documents.
- Ensures and upholds integrity of safekeeping landowners’ and representatives' information.
- Effective communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills to increase productivity.
- Has Driver License & Owns a motorcyle
- Preferred: Residing in Nasugbu, Lian, Balayan, Calatagan & Tuwi
