Job Summary:

• The Company Driver is responsible for the safe and efficient driving of the company vehicle for the transport or retrieval of personnel, documents, equipment, and other operational needs. He/She ensures the vehicle is in good condition and adheres to all traffic laws and safety protocols.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Drive the company vehicle for official business, deliveries, and pick-ups
• Ensure the vehicle is in good condition before use (daily inspection)
• Maintain cleanliness and perform regular maintenance of the vehicle
• Exercise caution and comply with all traffic laws and road regulations
• Prepare and submit logbooks or trip records as necessary
• Assist in lifting items, documents, or products as needed
• Report any malfunctions or issues with the vehicle immediately

Qualifications:

• High school graduate or equivalent education
• Possession of a valid Professional Driver’s License (Restrictions 1, 2, 3 or as required)
• Clean driving record
• Sufficient experience as a company driver or in a similar role
• Ability to read maps or use navigation apps (Google Maps, Waze)
• Courteous, reliable, and possessing a sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work overtime or undertake long-distance travel if necessary
