Responsibilities:

  • Initiate, plan and lead the quarterly health and wellness programs of Azeus
  • Provide basic healthcare services/first aid treatment
  • Daily health monitoring and update of sick employees
  • Liase with the health and insurance provider for any concerns on services and reimbursement claims
  • Conducts daily office routine inspection to ensure minimum to zero occupational risks/hazards
  • Does home visits to sick employees, as the need arises
  • Checks and validates medical certificates
  • Maintains employee health records
  • Facilitates the Annual Medical Exam (AME) and recommends appropriate interventions
  • Ensures DOLE, OSH and DOH compliance
  • Purchase and inventory of medical equipment and medicines
  • Submits accurate monthly, quarterly and annual health & safety reports & analysis
  • Assists in HR & Admin functions and/or in any tasks assigned from time to time


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
  • At least one (1) year experience as a company nurse with valid professional license
  • First Aid & OHNAP-BOSH Training an advantage


This is a full-time renewable contract position.
