Job Description

Description

  • Reports administratively and functionally to the HRD Manager;
  • Assists in the design, implementation, communication and administration of compensation and benefits programs;
  • Supervises daily compensation and benefits administration;
  • Administers the company's HRIS;
  • Provides support to managers and staff having concerns on compensation and benefits;
  • Transacts with SSS, PhilHealth and HDMF Offices;
  • Transacts with designated banks and facilitates application for payroll accounts of employees;
  • Keeps updates on general labor standards and other laws/advisories pertaining to compensation and benefits.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource or any-related course
  • Experience in HR, particularly in compensation and benefits, is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
