Description

  • Process payroll and ensure accurate salary disbursement.
  • Administer government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, BIR).
  • Coordinate with external agencies for insurance and healthcare benefits.
  • Maintain employee records on compensation and benefits.
  • Address employee concerns on pay and benefits.
  • Generate payroll and benefits reports for management.
  • Support HR programs, incentive schemes, and other HR activities as instructed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in compensation, benefits, or payroll.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and government contributions.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS/payroll systems, MS Office and Google Suite.
  • High integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
