Description

  • Prepare and process payroll accurately and on schedule, including salaries, overtime, incentives, bonus, and allowances
  • Ensure full compliance with Philippine labor laws and government regulations (SSS, PhilHealth, HDMF, etc.) through timely reporting and remittances
  • Act as the go-to person for all employee inquiries related to payroll, government-mandated benefits and leave policies
  • Manage leave tracking and documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and local labor laws
  • Analyze compensation data and turnover trends.
  • Make recommendations based on data (e.g., adjusting pay scales, enhancing benefits).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in payroll processing and compensation and benefits administration
  • Solid understanding of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits
  • Experience with HRIS or payroll software is a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to handle employee concerns with discretion and clarity
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple deadlines effectively
