- Ensure compliance with regulations, process compliance documents, and support management in resolving conflicts.
- Ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify compliance issues.
- Develop and implement compliance training programs for employees.
- Monitor compliance activities and report findings to management.
- Collaborate with departments to foster a culture of compliance.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry standards.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in compliance, preferably in real estate.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, effective document processing abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and understanding of real estate compliance and individual permits.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional fieldwork; may involve overtime during peak compliance periods.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinking, proactive, and a strong ethical foundation.
