UPay Financial Technology Company is seeking a senior professional who is data-driven and passionate about Internet operations to join us! Responsibilities:

1. Data-Driven Operations:

• Build and maintain the data tagging system to ensure accuracy and completeness of data collection;

• Utilize data analysis tools to conduct in-depth user behavior analysis, uncover user needs, and identify product optimization opportunities;

2. Campaign Planning and Execution:

• Plan and execute operational campaigns based on company strategic objectives and user needs to increase user engagement and conversion rates;

• Develop campaign proposals, coordinate resources, monitor execution, evaluate outcomes, and conduct post-campaign reviews and optimizations;

3. User Retention and Conversion:

• Develop and implement user retention and conversion strategies to enhance user participation and activity levels;

• Analyze the user lifecycle and execute segmented operational strategies to boost conversion rates;

4. Cross-Department Collaboration:

• Collaborate closely with technical, brand marketing, and business teams to drive the execution of operational strategies and campaign plans;

• Communicate project progress and issues promptly to ensure timely and high-quality delivery;

1. Minimum 3 years of frontline Internet operations experience with data-driven and campaign operation expertise; candidates with extensive experience in e-commerce, gaming, foreign trade, or standalone site operations are preferred;

2. Proficient in data analysis tools with strong data analysis skills;

3. Excellent communication skills, team collaboration spirit, and ability to work under pressure;

4. Passionate about the Web3 finance industry with strong learning ability;

5. Fluent in Chinese and English with full proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing;

6. Open to all nationalities, aged 22-35.
