Description
- Review and monitor user-generated content for compliance with community guidelines.
- Identify and escalate potential violations in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve content policies.
- Provide feedback to enhance user experience and safety.
- Maintain high accuracy and efficiency in moderation tasks.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Studies, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in content moderation or related roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and analytical skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Review and manage user-generated content, ensure compliance with community guidelines, and escalate issues as necessary.
- Working Conditions: Office or remote environment with flexible hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, adaptable, and able to work under pressure.
