Job Description
- Provide legal advice on corporate governance and compliance.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Assist in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate restructuring.
- Ensure adherence to laws and regulations in business operations.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant legislation.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) is required and Bar Exam Passer.
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in corporate law and litigation.
- Skills and Competencies: Expertise in legal affairs, litigation, and providing legal advice; strong written and verbal communication skills; critical thinking; experienced in claims and obligations handling.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with potential court appearances and client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical, assertive, and effective in high-pressure situations.
