We are representing a European based project named Regulated United Europe - at the moment we are seeking a Corporate Lawyer based in Hong Kong to join our team and support our business operations locally. For us it is highly important to find an employee who would not only be highly qualified and experienced, but at the same time whose intention would be to build a long standing cooperation and partnership relationship with our team, since this is the main and the most essential aspect for our company.

Key Responsibilities (daily/ongoing):

• Communicate with local and international clients, providing legal and corporate support.
• Represent RUE in Hong Kong in dealings with clients, partners, and local institutions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate corporate agreements, contracts, and other legal documents.
• Provide legal consulting and advice to clients on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
• Collaborate directly with RUE’s international legal and corporate services team to ensure seamless cross-border support.

Role Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer admitted to practice in Hong Kong.
• Minimum of [2+] years of post-qualification experience in corporate law.
• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Salary perspective:

Wage is starting from 2,500 EUR per month depending on the experience and qualifications.
