Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and attracting top-tier talent to support our growing hiring needs. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong research capabilities, and the ability to build and maintain talent pipelines for both current and future recruitment demands.


Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively source and engage both passive and active candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
  • Build and nurture a robust pipeline of qualified candidates to support ongoing and future hiring needs.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent in a competitive market.
  • Conduct initial outreach and screening calls to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, interest, and cultural fit.
  • Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by promoting the company’s culture, values, and mission to potential candidates.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and recruiters to align sourcing strategies with business needs.
  • Conduct market research to stay updated on talent trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring best practices.
  • Monitor competitor hiring trends and talent movement to inform recruitment strategies.
  • Assist in refining job descriptions and defining ideal candidate profiles.
  • Use applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to manage candidate data and measure sourcing effectiveness.
  • Continuously refine and improve sourcing strategies based on feedback and performance metrics.

  • Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sourcing or recruitment.
    • Proven ability to create and execute recruitment strategies tailored to specific hiring needs.
    • Recruitment certifications (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter, SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
    • Familiarity with employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a persuasive and engaging personality.
