- Promote and sell individual and group insurance products to potential clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Execute sales strategies to meet company targets.
- Assist in the recruitment of insurance advisors and partners.
- Provide market analysis and insights to improve business development strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Management, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least one year of experience in life insurance sales.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong negotiation abilities.
- Willing to work in Makati City and travel across the Philippines as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- LOMA courses preferred but not required.
