- Responsibilities and Duties: Prepare and manage cost estimates, monitor project budgets, and provide financial analysis.
- Conduct cost analysis and budgeting for projects.
- Prepare and maintain cost estimates and forecasts.
- Evaluate contractor bids and negotiate prices.
- Monitor project costs and identify variances.
- Collaborate with project managers to implement cost-effective strategies.
- Provide detailed reports and presentations to stakeholders.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in cost engineering or project management.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cost estimation, budgeting, and financial analysis; strong analytical skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require some site visits.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, strong communicator, and able to work under pressure.
