About the Role

The Creative Designer is responsible for developing visually compelling and on-brand creative assets across digital and print media. This role combines strong design skills with conceptual thinking to bring ideas to life, supporting marketing campaigns, branding initiatives, and product design. 

Concept Development

• Collaborate with creative teams to brainstorm and develop visual concepts.
• Interpret creative briefs to produce original and engaging ideas.

Digital Design

• Create visual content for websites, social media, advertisements, packaging,
• presentations, and more.
• Design marketing collateral such as brochures, banners, posters, and email
• templates.
• Maintain visual consistency across all design assets.

Print Design

• Prepare print-ready artwork for marketing materials, signage, and packaging.
• Coordinate with vendors and printers to ensure high-quality output.

Branding.

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines.
• Ensure brand voice is reflected in all visual communication.

Creative Strategy

• Contribute to strategic discussions and campaign planning.
• Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies.

Collaboration & Communication

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, sales).
• Receive and apply constructive feedback effectively.
• Communicate design rationale clearly to non-design stakeholders.

Project Management

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.

Creative and Design Skills

• Graphic Design – strong understanding of layout, color, typography, and composition.
• Branding – ability to create and maintain cohesive brand identities.
• Conceptual Thinking – generate original ideas and visual strategies.
• Illustration – drawing or vector illustration skills (optional but valuable).
• Motion Graphics – basic animation or video editing (e.g., After Effects).
• Typography – mastery of typefaces, spacing, and readability.
• Photography & Editing – understanding of photo composition and retouching.

Soft Skills

• Communication – articulate design ideas clearly to teams and clients.
• Collaboration – work well with marketing, product, and development teams.
• Time Management – juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Attention to Detail – pixel-perfect execution and consistency.
• Adaptability – adjust to feedback and changing project scopes.

Problem-Solving – find visual solutions to creative challenges.

• Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• At Least 1 year working experience in creative designing or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, AfterEffects, Premiere).
• Proficiency in other online editing apps / websites (Canva, CapCut, ElevenLabs, more).
• Attention to detail and ability to balance creativity with business needs
