About the Role

As our Senior AI Template Designer, you will combine visual and motion design expertise with ad performance insights and hands-on experience using AI Gen models such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Nano Banana, Kontext, and Hailuo. You will collaborate with creative, product, engineering, and AI teams to build scalable and intelligent ad template systems for platforms like Meta, TikTok, and YouTube. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, capable of designing visually striking content while developing logic-based automated workflows that enhance scalability and performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-performing image and video ad templates across multiple verticals and digital channels.

• Build modular and scalable template systems integrated with Creatify’s AI tools.

• Write and optimize prompts for image and video generation using AI Gen models such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Nano Banana, Kontext, and Hailuo.

• Develop and manage n8n automated workflows, ensuring logical design, optimization, and seamless integration.

• Analyze creative trends and performance data to guide visual direction and campaign strategies.

• Collaborate with AI researchers and product managers to improve creative automation and workflow efficiency.

• Contribute to internal documentation and creative standards to maintain consistency and quality.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum of three years of experience in graphic design, motion graphics, or digital ad design.

• Strong portfolio of high-performing ads, preferably in e-commerce or performance marketing.

• Deep understanding of ad formats and social media trends including UGC, memes, testimonials, and explainer content.

• Proficiency in Figma, After Effects, and Photoshop.

• Practical experience using AI Gen models such as Runway, Kling, Veo, Sora, Nano Banana, Kontext, and Hailuo.

• Expertise in n8n workflow automation with the ability to design and maintain logical automated systems.

• Highly intellectual with strong logical reasoning to build and optimize automated creative pipelines.

• High visual standards and refined design judgment with clear perception of what looks realistic versus AI generated.

• Knowledgeable in JSON and data structuring for automation processes.

• Excellent design layout skills and visual judgment.

• Experience writing and refining AI prompts for image and motion design generation.

• Systems thinker with the ability to create reusable and scalable design structures.

• Analytical, detail-oriented, collaborative, and adaptable to fast-paced startup environments and emerging AI technologies.

Nice to Have

• Experience with creative automation platforms or video and image generation APIs.

• Understanding of marketing funnels and performance testing strategies.
