Description
- Manage accounts receivable and improve cash flow.
- Conduct credit assessments and evaluate customer creditworthiness.
- Establish payment terms and communicate with clients regarding outstanding invoices.
- Resolve billing discrepancies and disputes effectively.
- Prepare regular reports on collection activities and aged receivables.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payments.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in credit and collections.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in documentation, driving for field collections, and effective collection techniques.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage credit accounts, collect overdue payments, and maintain accurate records.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional fieldwork requiring travel.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a persuasive personality.
