Description
- Efficiently manage and monitor customer credit accounts.
- Conduct credit assessments and approve credit limits.
- Oversee collection activities and negotiate payment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications.
- Collaborate with sales teams to resolve customer disputes.
- Prepare reports on credit and collection performance.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Educational Qualifications: Any 4-yr course graduate
- Experience Level: 1 year in credit and collections, preferably in a financial institution.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in accounting software, analytical skills, and communication.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Manage overdue accounts, conduct credit assessments, and negotiate payment terms.
- Working Conditions: Office environment, regular business hours, occasional overtime.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, resilient, strong problem-solving abilities, and ethical judgment.
