What You’ll Do

  • Configure, maintain, and optimize HubSpot’s CRM system to support marketing, sales, and customer service operations.
  • Develop and implement workflows, automation, and integrations to enhance CRM efficiency and align with business objectives.
  • Manage and maintain clean, accurate, and up-to-date customer data, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Monitor and analyze CRM performance metrics to generate actionable insights and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to ensure CRM processes support lead generation, tracking, and conversion efforts.
  • Train and support team members on CRM best practices, ensuring optimal system usage and adoption.
  • Identify and troubleshoot technical issues within HubSpot, implementing solutions to minimize disruptions.
  • Stay informed about new HubSpot features and updates, proactively recommending and implementing enhancements.
  • Communicate CRM insights, progress, and updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment across teams.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience managing HubSpot CRM, with proven expertise in configuring and optimizing its features.
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and data management principles within the HubSpot ecosystem.
  • Proficiency in creating workflows, automation, and integrations to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities with a track record of implementing effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience working across diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
