Schedule: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Monday to Friday, with possible weekend work)

Training: 1-week training provided

Job Overview:

  • We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our pioneer team for a seasonal account. The project duration is a minimum of 3 months and a maximum of 6 months. Candidates must indicate their availability for either a 3-month or 6-month engagement.
  • As part of this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and checking forms, as well as answering investor inquiries via email and calls (5-14+ calls per day). Key information for responses will be highlighted in documents to assist you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify forms for accuracy and completeness.
  • Respond to investor inquiries via email and phone calls.
  • Provide clear and professional assistance using the provided reference documents.
  • Adhere to client guidelines and maintain service quality standards.
  • Work within the designated shift and be open to weekend work if required.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years experience in customer service within a BPO setting (B2B or B2C).
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to review and analyze documents with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable handling 5-14+ calls per day while maintaining quality service.
  • Willing to pick up equipment at KMC | Arthaland Century Pacific Tower before starting remote work.
