Customer Care Specialist should be able to maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers at all times and ensure seamless customer experience. Assisting customers with product information, resolving issues, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction across various touchpoints. Delivering comprehensive customer support to clients, handling all inquiries, concerns, and service needs from the beginning to the end of the customer journey.

• Provide prompt and efficient customer support through multiple channels (phone, email) while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
• Address customer issues and complaints resolving them efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Guide customers in account setup, updates, and troubleshooting account-related issues.
• Maintain deep product knowledge to be able to assist customers.
• Keep records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken, in the client's system.
• Ensure continuous end-to-end support to deliver seamless and satisfying customer experience.

• Was able to take up undergraduate studies for 2 years (college)
• Fresh graduates are accepted
• Computer Literate (MS Office like Word, Excel, etc.)
• Good communication skills (English; written and verbal)
• Willing to be assigned on a shifting schedules (day, mid, and night)
• Willing to work in BGC, Taguig City
• Willing to work onsite
