  • Handle patient calls, emails & appointment confirmations
  • Assist with referrals, pre-approvals & follow-ups
  • Manage patient records & ensure HIPAA compliance
  • Generate & send medical reports

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in Healthcare or BPO industry.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong attention to detail is essential. Dedication to customer service and patient satisfaction. The candidate must be capable of effectively managing phone calls.
  • Working Conditions: Willingness to work a shifting schedule is required; may require occasional overtime and work during weekends.
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, organized, proactive, and communicative.
