- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide excellent service.
- Working Conditions: Call center environment with potential for Dayshift Scheduled.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude towards customers.
