Job Description

  • Provide customer support via phone, email, chat, and virtual assistance.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive service experience.
  • Accurately document customer interactions in the system.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Follow company policies, processes, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Deliver excellent service while working within morning to mid-shift schedules.
  • Senior High School graduates are welcome to apply.
  • At least 1 year of BPO experience is required.
  • Age 21 to 40 years old.
  • Possess average to good communication skills.
  • Must be residing within Metro Manila.
  • Willing to work onsite at McKinley, Taguig City.
  • Amenable to a predominantly dayshift schedule (morning to mid-shift).
