- Assist customers with inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate product information and support.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills; proficiency in CRM software.
- Working Conditions: Office-based role with a standard 40-hour work week, may require evening/weekend shifts.
- Qualities and Traits: Empathetic, patient, detail-oriented, and a strong team player.
