- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent English communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and active listening.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product information.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional remote work options.
