  • Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve issues and provide accurate information about products and services.
  • Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer complaints.

Requirements

  • Educational Qualifications: A formal degree is not required; however, a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; native Japanese speaker; strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Working Conditions: Primarily office-based, with a focus on a structured shift schedule.
  • Qualities and Traits: Friendly, patient, and detail-oriented with a passion for helping others.
