Description

  • Handle customer inquiries related to travel services, such as flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel itineraries through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  • Resolve customer concerns efficiently, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing travel-related problems, such as booking errors, cancellations, or changes in itineraries.
  • Assist customers in booking flights, accommodations, and car rentals, providing guidance on available options, costs, and special promotions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel products, services, promotions, and policies to offer accurate and helpful information to customers.
  • Ensure a positive experience by delivering timely and accurate solutions, and provide follow-up where necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Accurately record customer interactions, feedback, and any actions taken using the company’s CRM system.
  • Work closely with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations, resolve customer concerns, and maintain high service standards.
  • Upsell travel packages, products, or services when applicable, contributing to sales targets.

Requirements

  • Education: High school graduate (or equivalent).
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a customer service environment (call center experience preferred), or at least 6 months of experience in a customer service role in the travel industry.
  • Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to handle customer inquiries in a professional manner, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with customer service software and online booking tools is an advantage.
  • Additional Requirements: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes. Flexibility in working hours (including weekends and holidays) is required.
