Description
- Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements
- At least a high school graduate, 1 year of CCE, 35 WPM typing speed, 85% accuracy (CHAT) or;
- At least a high school graduate, 2 years of CCE or 6 months to 1 year of tech support experience, 30 WPM typing speed, 85% accuracy (VOICE)
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or Senior High School Certificate required.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or back office support.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, provide product information, and support back office operations.
- Working Conditions: Work onsite
