As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the front line of communication between the company and its customers. Your role is to provide excellent service by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional and efficient support.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, or chats.
  • Provide accurate information and assistance regarding products and services.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Meet performance metrics such as quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve the customer experience.


Qualifications:

  • At least a HS (Old Curriculum) / SHS Graduate, College Level / Graduate
  • With or without BPO experience (experience is an advantage).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Amenable to work onsite and on shifting schedules.
  • Must be unemployed or not currently enrolled.
