- Manage customer inquiries effectively via phone.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Completed at least 2years in college or Any 2yrs Associate Degree Course
- Experience Level: At least 1year of customer service experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude and patience in dealing with customers.
