What You’ll Do:

• Be the first point of contact for our B2B and retail customers via phone, email, Viber, and chat
• Help clients with product questions, quotations, and placing orders
• Coordinate delivery schedules and support post-sales concerns
• Work closely with our operations team to keep customers happy

Qualifications:

• Experience in customer service or sales support (preferably in food or B2B sales)
• Strong communication skills — friendly, clear, and confident
• Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Knows how to hustle — flexible, solutions-oriented, and always willing to help
• Bonus if you have experience working with cafes, restos, or hotels
