- We are looking for a Spanish Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide exceptional support to our customers. In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound customer interactions, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in both Spanish and English.
- You will be responsible for delivering accurate information, following process guidelines, and maintaining a positive and professional attitude in every interaction.
