- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat.
- Resolve inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently.

Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience needed; entry-level position.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent English language skills, strong customer service orientation, and familiarity with call center procedures.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers via phone, resolve inquiries, and provide product information.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may involve shift work.
