- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions.
- Work collaboratively with team members to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Continuously improve knowledge of product offerings.
- Follow company policies and procedures in all interactions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may require occasional overtime.
