- Assist customers with inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Provide excellent service via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements
- Job Title: Customer Service Representative
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: Less than 1 year of relevant experience in customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong skills in customer service, scheduling, and technical proficiency. Must demonstrate problem-solving abilities, effective communication in English, and team collaboration.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Assist customers with inquiries, resolve issues, schedule appointments, and provide product information.
- Working Conditions: Office environment; may involve call center duties.
- Qualities and Traits: Must be a proactive team player, financially literate, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
