Customer Service Representative (Wave 1)

Location: Cebu IT Park

Work Setup: Onsite (with virtual hiring process)

Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our Wave 1 team as Customer Service Representatives. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls, emails, or chats in a professional manner.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and accurately.
• Provide product and service information while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions and transactions using the company’s systems.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues effectively.
• Meet performance targets, including quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Open to High School Graduates (Old Curriculum), Senior High, College Level, and Graduates.
• Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome to apply.
• No prior BPO experience required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willing to work onsite at Cebu IT Park.
• Ability to multitask, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
